This collaboration between Woodbrooke and Pendle Hill welcomes Friends interested in exploring the relationship between individual and collective social witness. Participants will learn from each other’s questions and support each other to better steward and support conversations and discernment about social witness within their meetings.

Lectio Divina: A Friendly Exploration of Quaker Writings
A series of online workshops with Barbara “Shulamith” Clearbridge
Thursdays, September 2nd – October 7th. 7:30pm-9pm Eastern Time (US & Canada) via Zoom.
Participants will use this creative process to explore spiritual writings with the intention to increase insight, resonance, and absorption. This exploration of lectio divina will include listening, responding, discussing, contemplating, and worship sharing. The individual contemplation times can be used for journaling, drawing, or another creative practice.
Participants will leave this workshop with the tools to practice lectio divina in their individual and communal contexts.
