Sessions Workshops 2026
Information for Facilitators
Program Overview
PYM Annual Sessions 2026 is returning to the beloved tradition of community-led workshops! Facilitators are invited to address this year’s theme, Members One of Another, or offer workshops that would in another way help strengthen our faith and commitment as a community of Friends.
- Facilitators can choose a 90-minute or 3-hour workshop block.
- Workshop facilitation is a volunteer opportunity. Sessions program and meal fees will be waived for up to two facilitators per workshop (does not include residential housing/dorm fees).
Online or Onsite Format
Facilitators may choose whether they will present their workshops online on Zoom OR onsite at Cheyney University. (Workshops will not be hybrid due to restrictions on staff time and AV resources.)
Resources and support
Online: Facilitators may request staff for zoom tech support(e.g. screen-sharing, breakout rooms, chat features)
Onsite: Facilitators may request advance printing. Basic materials (e.g. flip charts, markers, and other art/office supplies) will be provided. AV-equipped classrooms to share slides or videos may be available. Staff will help connect you with the AV systems on-site. Note: Onsite photocopying will not be available.

We encourage facilitators to limit total lecture time to no more than 20 minutes, with no more than 10 minutes at a time.
