From Trees: Art, Craft and Creativity

Join London Grove Friends Meeting for a community celebration of the creativity inspired by trees and the legacy of its historic Penn Oak, which fell in 2023 after standing on the Meetinghouse grounds for more than 350 years.

We invite anyone who has crafted an item from Penn Oak wood to bring their creation for display during the event. Photos of larger pieces are also welcome. Some handcrafted items will be available for sale directly from the makers.

The afternoon will also feature the Faces in Quaker Trees photography exhibition, nature-related games and activities for children and light refreshments.
