Melinda is the Director of Programs, holding care for cultivating relationship and ministry in our community and working with Community Engagement staff to direct their energy and resources to support PYM Friends. Her program work focuses on religious education and pastoral care in local meetings and she seeks to nurture all-ages, intergenerational spiritual community among Friends.

Job Description
The Director of Program at PYM is responsible for managing community engagement and executing strategies to cultivate relationships and ministry among Friends and meetings. The Director works with program staff to ensure programs are rooted in their faith, pay attention to belonging and inclusion, and are appropriately publicized and evaluated. The Director also supervises program staff and carries out a portfolio of programmatic work while serving as a project manager as needed. They support Friends who volunteer their time and develop relationships with Quaker and non-Quaker organizations for collaboration and connecting constituents.
