A Little About My Role at PYM
Albert DeGregorio supports the PYM Finance Department by leveraging over 38 years of both private and public financial leadership experience in accounting, auditing, payroll, treasury management, process improvement, and technology implementation. As Assistant controller, Al’s primary responsibility is managing all day-to- day accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy of PYM’s financial records and management reports.
Albert considers himself an adept multi-project manager now focused on the service and support of the Philadelphia Yearly Meeting. He is truly committed to the continuous improvements of critical accounting policies and procedures, and IT system integration to ensure PYM’s strategic financial goals are achieved.
Albert is a Certified Public Accountant who has owned and operated his own private CPA consulting firm. Al has held leadership and supervisory positions for organizations both large and small throughout the Delaware Valley. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) degree from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy (BSA) from Villanova University. In his public accounting and consulting roles, Al provided services for individuals, companies, and non-profit organizations.
