Arch Street Room Request Form

We welcome Quaker groups to book space at Arch Street Meeting House on the second and third Saturdays each month in one of our 2nd-floor conference rooms.  Please know, there may be first floor rentals in progress during your meeting. The 2ndfloor conference rooms are clear for Quaker reservations.

Once a year we will send out a form to invite all groups to submit meeting dates for the full calendar year at one time.  This will make it easier for staff to manage the resource sharing process and avoid conflicts.  Arch Street Meeting House staff will assign rooms and equipment on a first come first served basis.

Please know, there may be first floor rentals in progress during your meeting

In the event of cancellation, please email events@historicasmh.org two weeks in advance.

  • Space at Arch Street Meeting House can be reserved by Quaker groups on the 2nd and 3rd Saturdays of each month. To ensure space is available, book all known dates as far in advance as possible.

  • Room choice is determined on a first come, first serve basis.
  • Note: There is only one conference phone available and it's use is determined on a first come first served basis.
  • for example: table/chair set-up details, questions about the space, etc.
