PYM Children & Youth Visit to Historic Fair Hill
July 25 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pmFree
A Community Event for all ages children, youth, and their families to kick-off Youth Programs at Annual Sessions!
As meetings and families begin to shift into more in-person activities, we’ve added an in-person visit Historic Fair Hill on Sunday, July 25 to kick off Annual Sessions and our Youth Programs year! This Quaker burial ground is a hub of community activity today, with a gardening program and focus on learning and literacy. We’re excited to partner with them for the first time and look forward to seeing all ages children and youth together there, for a morning of fellowship, worship, and service!
Historic Fair Hill is accessible by public transportation and there is street parking.
Families can also bring a blanket and picnic lunch for after our program!
Friends are asked to consider bringing a book, one you’ve read and liked, to donate to their Little Free Library for neighborhood children. More information will be shared to registered participants.
ADULT REGISTRATION NOTE: We are delighted that adults who are not family members are attending with young people from their meeting — ALL are welcome! Parents and guardians will be listed with youth registering, and non-parental adults can share that they will be attending by emailing the Youth Religious Life Coordinator: firstname.lastname@example.org. There will be a welcome email following up with more details the week of the event!
