Join Tadd Maffucci, licensed professional counselor and member of Barnegat Quaker Meeting, as he leads a discussion on taking care of ourselves and others during challenging times. The past year has brought much disruption to our daily lives, which can lead to mental stress. Tadd will provide a discussion on the power of mindfulness and meditation to help us get through trying times, things we all can do to not only survive but thrive in 2021. ​
