Have you ever wondered what it’s like to be a Quaker? Find out in our new interactive workshop, Experiencing the Light!

This interactive two and a half-hour session will include a verbally-guided presentation, short videos from the QuakerSpeak video series to seed small group discussions, and a short period of shared silent worship.

There will be a snack break midway through the workshop. This event is open to participants of high school age and up, and childcare will be provided for small children.

Registration is required to participate. We want to make our workshop available regardless of income, so this is a Pay-As-You-Can event with a suggested donation of $15.

This introduction to Quaker faith and practice will be facilitated by Philadelphia-based Quakers Barry Crossno and Jean-Marie Barch.
