2026 Annual Spiritual Formation Retreat

Leaning into Healing for Ourselves and the World

The Spiritual Formation Collaborative of Philadelphia Yearly Meeting warmly invites you to a weekend dedicated to spiritual and emotional healing. The past year has brought many of us pain and grief due to changing circumstances, and our time together will provide a precious opportunity to acknowledge our losses and seek healing. Throughout the weekend, we will offer a variety of activities designed to nourish and restore us, including worship, poetry, music, creative movement, guided meditation, and healing practices. These activities will take place in both small and large groups. There also will be personal time for meditation and journaling. Additionally, there will be moments for uninterrupted peace amidst the beauty of nature.

We will gather on Friday evening for dinner and stay at Pendle Hill’s Brinton House Conference Center, a beautiful Quaker retreat that spans 25 acres and includes a surrounding arboretum. The accommodations are comfortable, and the meals are homemade with local organic ingredients, catering to all dietary needs. Our time together will conclude on Sunday after worship and lunch.

$285 for 2 overnights and 6 meals

$160 for day use  refreshments and 6 meals
