Nominating Council At Large seats
Admin Council is responsible for bringing forward candidates for filling seven at large seats of PYM’s Nominating Council. It is also responsible for naming the clerk of the Nominating Council from among all of its members (not in addition to).

Arch Street Meeting House Preservation Trust
The Governance Committee of the ASMHPT identifies new board members which are approved by the board and then forwarded for final approval to the Administrative Council, as is stated in their bylaws. ASMHPT is a supporting organization of PYM and oversight of their work is the responsibility of Admin Council.
