Millville Monthly Meeting approved the following Minute November 2006:

During a called meeting for worship addressing same-gender marriage held on the first day of the tenth month of 2006 the membership of Millville Monthly meeting affirmed that:

The right joining in marriage is a sacred relationship not created by civil law,

Enduring, supportive and loving families bolster our spiritual community and society at large, and that

It is the privilege and responsibility of our Meeting to take under its care, through the clearness process and on-going support, members of our community wishing to marry.

Millville Monthly Meeting welcomes any member of our spiritual community, regardless of gender, to seek marriage under our care.
