A resolution filed by Friends Fiduciary with the Comcast Corporation on lobbying transparency was covered by the Philadelphia Inquirer. The resolution with Comcast asks the company, as the 12th biggest corporate lobbying spender in the country, to disclose more about its lobbying done through trade associations and at the state level. The resolution will be voted on by Comcast shareholders at its Annual General Meeting on June 8th.
