Arising out of the concern of its environmental working group, Media Meeting (PA) is recycling materials which are difficult for members and attenders to recycle through their local communities. Among the materials being recycled are plastics 1 through 6, aluminum foil, non-acid batteries, and rags. On the fourth Sunday of each month, folks bringing materials to the Meeting and sort them into marked containers. Those are then transported to Recycling Services, Inc. in Pottstown. RSI is open Tuesdays and Saturdays from 9 am to l pm. Consult their web site at www.recyclingservices.org.
