Did you know that Middle School Friends (11-14-year old PYM Quakers) get together for nine weekends a year for fellowship, service and fun? If you have 6th-8th graders in your Meeting or family who would like to be part of a very fun, positive community, Middle School Friends just might be the place for them. The next gathering will be January 31 to February 2 at Wilmington Meeting (DE); the gathering theme will be Storytelling. Check out the PYM website at www.pym.org for a complete list of events and special opportunities for young people. If you are a First-day School teacher, consider bringing your whole Middle School class. It is a great way to build relationships and to return home having had an adventure together!
