Articles from PYM’s Pastoral Care Newsletter have been published in a book by Quaker Press of Friends General Conference. Grounded in God: Care and Nurture in Friends Meeting was edited by Patricia McBee of Central Philadelphia Meeting.
The book is a reference for Friends serving on ministry and oversight committees in Meetings. Sections of the book deal with care of the Meeting community, membership, marriage and divorce, illness and death, mental illness, conflict within the Meeting, and welfare of the individual.
