War on Taliban Beneficial

RETURN TO TABLE OF CONTENTS

I write to bring to our attention what an enormous benefit to Afghanistan women has resulted from the “war” against the Taliban. Women are now free to go outdoors, go to school and lead normal lives.

I would have favored a military action to liberate them from the Taliban even if we had not had the September 11 terrorist destruction of the World Trade Center.
