The Environmental Justice Conference of the National Council of Churches will be May 20-23 in Washington, D.C. It includes worship, plenary sessions and workshops on eco-theology, eco-justice and public policy, and visits to congressional offices. Participants are clergy and laity working on environmental justice in their denominations. Cost is $145. The PYM Environmental Working Group will cover expenses for two PYM participants willing to work in their Quarters with EWG on ecology and public policy.
