Information technologies coordinator
Philadelphia Yearly Meeting
The information technologies coordinator administers the computer network, maintains hardware, upgrades software, coordinates organization-wide database issues, and coordinates user training. Responsibilities are 50 percent network administration and 50 percent user support.
Manages Information Services budget. Maintains system and application security. Documents operating procedures, policies, hardware configurations, software installation and use instructions. Trains staff on the use of computer software and equipment, including peripherals. Provides real-time assistance and technical support. Serves as application administrator for PYM's membership and development database, Raiser's Edge.
Requires competence in maintaining and troubleshooting network server, local PC's and peripherals. Relevant technical training or work experience required. Two years experience and Microsoft or A+ certification desirable. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
Full-time position. Paid health benefits, 4 weeks vacation annually.

Administrative Assistant
