Friends Insurance Group program covers $75 million in Quaker property

RETURN TO TABLE OF CONTENTS

One year ago the Master Program was put into effect for members of the Friends Insurance Group. Almost 80 meetinghouses, camps and schools have joined this unique program, which provides over $75,000,000 of property coverage, eliminating any co-insurance or underinsured problems generally found on individual policies. The program now automatically provides mechanical breakdown coverage at no additional cost. Coverage is provided by GuideOne Insurance Company, America's leading insurer of religious institutions.

In today's litigious society, we are seeing more and more claims being brought in the area of sexual misconduct and employment practices liability. Under our program, coverage is available for both these exposures, as well as a $10,000,000 shared umbrella liability limit. Many other broad extensions of coverage are available automatically to members of the Master Program. Dividends are paid if earned and declared.

If your Quaker organization has not looked at a competitive quotation, you will want to do so, just for peace of mind! For further information, contact John Furlong at Donald K. Martin & Company at 1-800-875-0227. There is no cost or obligation and we generally find our premiums to be 15 to 20 percent less than for an individual policy.
