he First-day School of Sadsbury Meeting (PA) will have a Farm Market on Saturday, September 16, as a fund-raiser for The Heifer Project, which helps Third World countries become more self-sufficient by providing them with livestock.
There will be a petting zoo and pony rides, a yard sale and a bake sale. Bring money and "spend" a day enjoying the animals and raising funds for those less fortunate in our world. Lunch can be purchased.
The Heifer Project Farm Market runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. September 16 rain or shine. Sadsbury Meeting is located on Simmontown Road less than a mile east from Smallwoods Nurseries on Route 41 in Gap, Pennsylvania.
