study booklet has been prepared for the 20th Triennial of Friends World Committee for Consultation to be held July 22-30 in Geneva Point, New Hampshire. The booklet contains short essays by Friends from a variety of Quaker traditions and cultures, related to the Triennial theme, "Friends — a people called to listen, gathered to seek, sent forth to serve."
The booklet is designed both as preparations for representative who will attend the Triennial and as a way for Friends everywhere to feel themselves part of the event. Former FWCC General Secretary Thomas Taylor edited the essays and added questions to promote reflection and discussion.
The booklet is available from FWCC Section of the Americas, 1506 Race Street, Philadelphia PA 19102. Single copies are free if you send a self-addressed envelope with 55 cents postage. Ten copies can be ordered for $4.
