hiladelphia Yearly Meeting currently has five job openings, two of which provide direct service to Monthly Meetings. See details in "Friends Employment Opportunities" to find out whether you or someone you know may be qualified.
One is a two-year experimental position — Meetings' Initiatives Coordinator for Peace and Concerns. This new person will make connections between Friends from different Meetings who are following their lieadings to work on peace and social concerns issues.
The Coordinator of Adult Religious Education Programs will help Meetings get the resources they need for adult religious education and will develop courses and conferences.
The Youth Mediation and Conflict Resolution Specialist will relate to both Friends Conflict Resolution Programs and the Nonviolence and Children Working Group. Credentials in mediation are expected.
The Director of Finance supervises a staff of four in the Accounting Office and is the chief fiscal officer for PYM.
The Accounting Clerk is responsible for accounts payable, payroll and cash receipts.
