riends will conduct a phonothon the first week in May to request contributions to PYM's Annual Fund. Volunteers will gather at Friends Center in Philadelphia at 6:00 p.m. for dinner and a brief training session. Telephone calls will be made from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Volunteers may carpool or come alone, and all will be reimbursed for parking costs and tolls.
In past years, Friends have raised $29,000 to $30,000 from the spring phonothons. To volunteer your services, please call the PYM Development Office at 215-241-7271 or e-mail Elizabeth@pym.org.
