Annual Fund Update
PYM NEWS: The 2007-2008 PYM Annual Fund goal is $475,000 by June 30. As of May 9th 2008 Friends have raised $310,000.00 from 1217 donors who made 1,583 gifts.
PYM Annual Fund Calling for Volunteers
PYM NEWS: Phonothon volunteers are needed to call Friends to remind them to support the Annual Fund before June 30.
Interim Director of Development Named
PYM NEWS: Wright Horne of Greenwich Meeting (NJ) has been appointed Interim Director of Development for PYM effective March 3.
2007-2008 Annual Fund Goal $475,000
PYM NEWS: From July 1 until December 31, 2007, Friends raised $148,612.02 from 775 donors who made 883 gifts to the Annual Fund of Philadelphia Yearly Meeting.
PYM Annual Fund is Calling for Volunteers
PYM NEWS: Phonothon dates are February 19 and 21, and March 10 and 26.
PYM Annual Fund — Last Year and This Year
PYM NEWS: A $50,000 matching gift encouraged Friends to increase the level of their giving to Philadelphia Yearly Meeting, and encouraged those who had not given to do so. Many Friends did increase their giving and many non-donors did become donors. The Annual Fund reached a new high.

Friends Exceed Annual Fund Goal
PYM NEWS: Friends actually surpassed the Annual Fund goal by $37,487.65 ! Friends raised $512,487.65 from 2,007 donors who made 2,786 gifts.

Help Friends Earn a $50,000 Matching Gift for Annual Fund
PYM NEWS: A Friend has generously offered a $50,000 matching gift to encourage new donors and to increase the amount of Friends’ gifts to the PYM Annual Fund.
Volunteers Needed for PYM Phonothon
PYM NEWS: This year the phonothon will take place on Tuesday, May 22, Thursday May 31, Monday, June 4, and Wednesday, June 6, at Friends Center in Philadelphia.

PYM NEWS: As of 12/15/06 Friends have raised $109,192.43 toward the 2006/2007 Annual Fund goal of $475,000. There have been 755 gifts from 655 donors.
It’s a new Fiscal Year with a New Fiscal Goal
PYM NEWS: In the current fiscal year (2006-2007) Friends are being asked to raise $475,000 to balance the PYM budget Friends approved last spring. If every member of PYM contributes to the Annual Fund according to his or her means, raising the $475,000 will not be a problem.

PYM NEWS: A Donor Advised Fund is an irrevocable charitable gift, the same as an annual or capital campaign contribution.
