Interim Meeting
Interim Meeting is responsible for conducting the business of Philadelphia Yearly Meeting between annual sessions. Its basic structure, functions, and responsibilities are outlined in Faith and Practice.
Meetings are held in April, May, June, September, October, November, January, and February at Fourth and Arch Street Meetinghouse. Most of the members of Interim Meeting are appointed by the Monthly Meetings, with three additional at-large members appointed by the Yearly Meeting and several ex-officio members. All of the meetings of Interim Meeting are open to Friends and attenders of Philadelphia Yearly Meeting and visitors from Quaker bodies.
