For consideration by Interim Meeting:
5) We recommend that Interim Meeting help the quarterly meetings find ways to bring Nominating Committee up to its full complement of members. This will be necessary for Nominating Committee to play a role in developing future leadership for Philadelphia Yearly Meeting and to fully carry out the responsibilities in the next recommendation. (This is repeated under Quarterly Meeting considerations.)

6) We recommend that Nominating Committee not only provide a much bigger pool of names to standing committees for working groups, but that it also nominate clerks and assistant clerks of standing committees for appointment by Interim Meeting. This will enable the Nominating Committee to be more effective in developing future leadership for standing committees and other parts of Philadelphia Yearly Meeting.

7) We recommend that Interim Meeting give prompt and prayerful consideration to the place of the Meeting on Worship and Ministry within the yearly meeting. Some Friends feel that it has been diminished by being placed under the Worship and Care Standing Committee. We feel its mission is fully raised up in Faith and Practice (2002 ed., p. 199).
