Meetings are held on the second Saturday of January, March, May, September and November at the Arch Street Meeting House. Most of the members of Interim Meeting are appointed by the many PYM monthly meetings, with three additional at-large members appointed by the yearly meeting and several ex-officio members. All of the meetings of Interim Meeting are open to Friends and attenders of Philadelphia Yearly Meeting and visitors from other Quaker bodies.
Interim Meeting is responsible for conducting the business of Philadelphia Yearly Meeting between annual sessions.
