Editing Documents

PYM administrative office staff can assist with the Councils and approved sub-structures with minor editing to documents. Editing is limited to formatting and grammatical changes; the PYM staff does not edit for content, or create content.

For editing documents, staff follows both the Quaker Manual of Style and Glossary, and our internal PYM Document Formatting Standards. Please allow at least one week’s notice for editing requests. Occasionally, some requests will require more time for completion. The more time you allow for turn-around, the more likely the staff will be able to meet your request.

Which groups can request assistance with editing documents?
Available to: Councils
Council must give prior approval to: Collaboratives, Sprints, Committees, Appointed Representatives
Not available to: Resource Friends, Bridge Contacts
