Don't Mail registration forms now! Register online and bring the Medical permission form Friday. (unless we have one on file)

Registration will close Wednesday evening, March 28th.

Saturday morning we will be at the Wyck Historic House & Garden. The Wyck Association tells the story of Wyck, the quietly elegant home, historic gardens, farm buildings, and collection of objects and papers that reflect the everyday life of one Philadelphia family over three hundred years. Bring work gloves and cloths that can get dirty! We will be doing gardening work and cleanup for their rose garden & historic house tours.

Saturday Afternoon Young Friends Urban Adventure:  Teams of about 5 YFs & Friendly Adult Presences solve clever clues (we think they are clever), find obscure landmarks, take pictures, test your powers of observation and face fun challenges, all while navigating the urban landscape via public transportation  and on foot! You and your group will be on a one-afternoon, one-city, amazing adventure. This scavenger hunt will take you to checkpoints, as you explore your city like you've never experienced it before. Our Urban Adventure could take you through neighborhoods of your city you might not even know about!  After successfully completing the course and challenges the first team to arrive at undisclosed location for dinner is declared the winner.

Afternoon torrential Rain Plan:  There will be activities at the Germantown Meeting until we leave for dinner out & the William Penn Lecture at the Arch Street Meeting House.

Signe Wilkinson7:00 pm Saturday evening: we will head over to the Arch Street Meeting House and the William Penn Lecture sponsored by Young Adult Friends. This years' speaker is cartoonist Signe Wilkinson. Signe Wilkinson is an editorial cartoonist best known for her work at the Philadelphia Daily News. She is the author of two books of cartoons, One Nation, Under Surveillance (2005) and Abortion Cartoons on Demand (1992) and illustrated the FGC publication The Quaker Way (1998).
