West Grove Friends Meeting will be hosting a series of four evenings during which we will explore a few of the topics found in the Constitution that seem especially pertinent to what is in the news these days. The presenter is Andrew Atkinson who will provide background information on each of the four topics and some of the varying ways the Constitution is interpreted. There will be time for questions and discussion at the end of each lecture. Pocket copies of the Constitution will be available for everyone who attends. The series will run on the four consecutive Thursdays in May. Each evening will begin at 7:00. The series is free and open to the public.

Andrew Atkinson lives in Oxford with his wife and two young children. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Temple University and his Masters in Secondary School Counseling from Wilmington University. Passionate about inspiring young people Andrew has spent the past fifteen years teaching High School Social Studies at Avon Grove High School. He is currently working toward his Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from the University of Delaware. Community engagement through the support of an Educational Foundation is where Andrew would like to focus his attention.
