The Interim Director of Business and Finance, as the chief financial officer of Philadelphia Yearly Meeting, is responsible for financial planning and analysis for PYM, and overseeing all fiscal operations, especially the long-range and overarching elements.  This means s/he will be heavily involved in planning, support, and oversight of all financial systems, in training of volunteers, staff, and meeting members in budget creation, interpretation, and analysis; and in tracking and monitoring of investments.
