Content: This packet focuses on the natural world and our place in it, beginning with God’s creation. Emphasis is placed on treating the natural world with love, respect and care.
Age Range: Kg-8th grade. Especially good for Middle School.
Preparation Time: Some time required in advance to collect materials for the crafts and reading resources.
Number of Lessons: There are five units of two lessons each. The entire curriculum can be completed in 10 weeks.
Activities: These include discussion questions, singing, crafts, field trips, poetry, video tapes, journaling, and community service.
Supplies/Equipment: Musical instruments; a VCR, transportation for field trips, books and stories for use with the curriculum, and art supplies.
