Financial Aid for Quaker Children at PYM Friends Schools

The Committee on Friends Education and the Friends Education Fund are working towards the goal of bringing a Friends education within affordability for all Quaker families in PYM who seek it. In 2006-07, there are 375 Quaker children from 73 Monthly Meetings and all 13 Quarters receiving financial aid from Philadelphia Yearly Meeting.

If you have difficulty downloading either of these forms, e-mail your US Postal Service address to Elke and she will gladly send you a printed copy.

Mary Jeanes Loans and Anne Townsend Grants. Mary Jeanes loans and Anne Townsend grants are available for post-secondary students. The Mary Jeanes loan is an interest-free loan to Quaker students. Anne Townsend grants are awarded to students that are pursuing a vocational education.
The deadline for applications is May 1st, 2008.
