What PYM meetings are growing and why?

I’m curious about which Monthly Meetings in PYM are showing growth in membership/attendance year-over-year. Some indicators we collect might be active participation as measured by headcount, active stewardship pledges, contributions coming through Acceptiva, or number of Young Friends participating in First Day School.

To what do Monthly Meetings attribute growth? Recent QuakerQuest offerings? Regular mention of Quaker peace or environment work in the press? Demographic changes in the area?

Lansdowne Friends Meeting has seen a substantial decline in membership over the past several years. Most of it is explainable: death, moving out of the area. How do other Meetings reach out to community members? We have hosted several musical events, and, although these brought a variety of people into our Meetinghouse, we never saw them again. What seems to “work” in these troubled times?
